ParaQuad Tasmania invites people with disability to attend workshops on disaster preparedness for bushfires, storms and floods.
ParaQuad Tasmania has partnered with the Tasmanian State Emergency Service (SES) and the Tasmanian Fire Service (TFS) a series of workshops aimed at preparing people with disability for natural disasters such as bushfires, storms, and floods. These workshops provide valuable information and practical strategies to enhance safety and preparedness in the face of emergencies.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about personal safety plans, accessible evacuation procedures, and how to maintain communication during a disaster. These workshops are a crucial resource for building resilience and ensuring that everyone in our community is well-prepared.
Don’t miss this chance to gain vital knowledge and take proactive steps to protect yourself and your loved ones.
Workshops are due to be held mid-August – register your interest today!
