Walk to raise awareness for Homelessness Week in Launceston on Wednesday 7 August 2024. The walk starts at the Launceston City Park rotunda in Launceston at 10:30am and finishes at the Royal Park BBQ area.
Vinnies are once again hosting a walk to raise awareness for Homelessness Week this year.
The walk starts at the City Park rotunda in Launceston on 7 August at 10:30am, and finishes at the Royal Park BBQ area. The Vinnies Van, City Mission Snag Chat Van and Salvation Army Street Beat Van will be waiting to serve participants with hot drinks, sausages and soup, which are all free of charge.
You are invited to bring along an extra set of gloves, beanies, socks or warm clothing to donate in one of the blue bins that will be located in front of Vinnies Van at Royal Park.
