The Tasmanian Audit Office want to hear from you! Join a focus group on the Tasmanian Department of Health’s management of funding arrangements.

Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council (ATDC) Tasmania, Mental Health Council of Tasmania and TasCOSS are inviting you to share your thoughts and experiences about how the Tasmanian Department of Health manages its funding arrangements with community service organisations like yours. We are looking for participants:

  • Who currently manage one or more funding arrangements with the Tasmanian Department of Health; and
  • Are sufficiently senior and have sufficient experience to discuss your organisations relationship with the Tasmanian Department of Health (i.e. the key relationship manager).

Your feedback will help shape a Tasmanian Audit Office report that will be presented to Parliament, making your voice heard at the highest levels.

We’ve partnered with the Tasmanian Audit Office to co-design a focus group where you can tell us what’s working, what’s not, and how things could be improved. This is an important opportunity for the community services industry’s voice to be heard and to improve the systems that fund our industry’s vital work.

To RSVP, please click on the session you would like to attend below and follow the prompts.

NB: The Tasmanian Audit Office is not assessing the performance of individual community service organisations. Rest assured, your feedback will stay confidential. The Tasmanian Audit Office may use anonymous quotes in its report, but no specific feedback will be shared directly with the Tasmanian Department of Health. The session will be recorded, but all information will be handled in line with the Tasmanian Audit Office’s strict confidentiality obligations.

Registration closes 5pm, Friday 15 November 2024.
