Organisations are navigating digital change, new systems, and evolving ways of working. To support the industry, The Project Lab is offering a 40% discount for not-for-profits for our one day practical, in-person workshop, delivered in partnership with the Tasmanian Training Consortium.
Tasmanian not-for-profits are being asked to do more with less – tighter funding, increasing compliance, workforce pressures and growing expectations from communities and funders. At the same time, organisations are navigating digital change, new systems, and evolving ways of working. Even when change is necessary, it’s not always easy – and when it’s not led well, it can cost time, trust, and momentum.
To support the sector, The Project Lab is offering a 40% discount for NFPs for our 1-day practical, in-person
Change Manager’s Toolkit workshop, delivered in partnership with the Tasmanian Training Consortium (TTC).
It’s a practical, one-day session designed for organisations that don’t have dedicated change or project resources, and need cost-effective, proven tools they can apply straight away. The workshop is going to be held from 9am-4pm on Thursday 5th March, 2026 in Hobart.
Cost: Full price: $730, NFP Discounted price: $345
