Event Details This is a practical workshop designed to give learners the tools they need to implement effective and supportive mentoring and leadership skills. Scenarios and role play give them an opportunity to practise in the learning space with access to feedback. They will leave with greater confidence to make safe and positive changes in their own workplace.
