The Centre for Social Purpose Organisations has officially launched the Australian Not-for-Profit Strategic Issues and Decision-Making Study! This is a national study examining how charitable not-for-profits identify and manage strategic issues, and how decisions are made within these organisations.
The ultimate goal being the development of tools and frameworks to assist not-for-profits (NFPs) with effective strategic decision-making processes.
We’re seeking CEOs, and other members of the executive team, from charitable NFPs across Australia to join our August 2026 Research Forums. These forums will be a great chance to connect with peers and hear expert insights into NFP strategy, offering value for all participants involved.
