The Tasmanian Youth Forum (TYF), hosted by the Youth Network of Tasmania, is a free youth event for young people aged 12-25. Acting on feedback from young people, YNOT has reimagined our annual statewide event as a three-part Regional Roadshow.
The Tasmanian Youth Forum (TYF), hosted by the Youth Network of Tasmania (YNOT), is a free youth voice event for young people aged 12-25. This year, TYF is hosting smaller regional events across the state, providing young people an opportunity to explore local issues and create place-based solutions to the challenges they face.
Following our events in the North-West and North regions, we are pleased to be bringing the TYF Roadshow to its final stop in the South of Tasmania this May!

Join us at TYF to connect with like-minded young people, discuss what matters most and work together to create practical solutions for the issues facing young people and local communities.
What happens at TYF?
- Engaging, interactive workshops and activities designed and delivered by young people, hosted by Emcees Taz and Em from Futures Isle
- Opportunities to choose and explore topics, and work together to create solutions that work for young people
- Connect with like-minded young people and engage directly with decision-makers attending throughout the day
- Free lunch, snacks, and prizes!
Schools, youth groups, and community organisations are invited to register groups. Free transport support is also available.
