You are invited to join us for the fourth annual Ribbons of Reflection events in Burnie and Launceston. Ribbons of Reflection is an opportunity for interested community members to show their commitment to preventing and effectively responding to all forms of child sexual abuse.
The 2026 events also mark the third anniversary of the Commission of Inquiry’s Report into Tasmanian Government’s Responses to Child Sexual Abuse in Institutional Settings.
- Burnie Waterfront: 12:30pm, Friday 28 August 2026
- Civic Square, Launceston: 12:30pm, Friday 4 September 2026
Bring a ribbon in your favourite colour as a symbol of your support.
This year, attendees will enjoy the music of Tasmanian quartet Tarkine Strings. We will share more information about guest speakers as plans are confirmed. Please keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram feeds for updates.
There is no need to register. We look forward to welcoming you to these events of healing and hope for victim-survivors of child sexual abuse.
