As part of Global Kinship Care Week 2026, we join communities around the world in recognising and celebrating the incredible contribution of kinship carers. This year marks the third annual Global Kinship Care Week, shining a light on the dedication, love and support that kinship families provide to children and young people.
To acknowledge this important occasion, Kin Raising Kids, Mission Australia and BaptistCare will be recognising and celebrating kinship carers across Tasmania for the vital role they play in the lives of our children and young people.
We are pleased to invite kinship carers and supporters to a morning tea hosted by Kin Raising Kids, Mission Australia and the Don Centre, Devonport:
