The Child Wise mission is to lead the world in transforming systems and institutions to keep children and young people safe from abuse and harm. Through consultancy, coaching and accreditation we help organisations strengthen their internal child safeguarding capacity and ensure compliance with child safety principles and legislation. We are a social enterprise of Australian Childhood Foundation. We work across Australia and the world, including New Zealand, the Pacific, Asia and the US.
We are rigorous, holistic and child-focused in our approach to building child safe cultures. We elevate the voice of all children and collaborate with leaders across institutions and systems to identify the barriers and enablers for change in safeguarding practice.
We seek out new sectors and new places across the world to generate child safeguarding impacts, with a particular interest in the opportunities and challenges of the digital world.
We take on the most insidious safeguarding problems to create real and meaningful safety for children and young people.

Our reviews examine your child safeguarding policies, procedures and processes, and also consider how the broader organisational systems enable child safe practice.

Child Wise Accreditation provides assurance that your policies, processes, governance and culture are compliant with the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
