Material Institute is a registered charity based in lutruwita/tasmania. Established in July 2021, we are a team of gardeners, makers, educators, artists and community organisers. We run programs in 3 strategic focus areas – education, community transformation and social enterprise – underpinned by outcomes measurement and good governance.
