Want to learn more about the implications of the interim Budget and better understand where the dollars are going?
In this post-budget online information session, TasCOSS CEO, Adrienne Picone, will present an overview of what’s in the Budget, funding priority areas and gaps, and the impact on community services. Attendees will then have the opportunity to hear from Dr Robert Hortle (Tasmanian Policy Exchange, University of Tasmania), who will speak about spending trends and explore policy solutions that address both the underlying budget pressures and the needs of the community services industry.
There will be the opportunity to ask questions and share reflections following the presentations. If you have any budget-related questions you’d like answered, please send them through to Stephen Durney, Senior Policy Officer, via email.
TasCOSS Members: Free Admission
Details on how to join the Microsoft Teams session will be distributed following registration.
Registration closes 5pm, Thursday 6 November 2025. For more information, please contact Cameron Allen, Communications Officer, via email.
