We have three office spaces available and are seeking expressions of interest from like-minded organisations to join our building in Derwent Park.
The NHT building provides a fantastic working environment for community-focused organisations whose values align with NHT’s. The premises offers access to communal spaces, a training/meeting room that is available for hire, and each office space can include a car space for off-street parking.
The below office spaces are available for 6 & 12-month rental agreements (or longer by negotiation):
- Office #2 (18.2m2) – 25/26 annual rate $5,518.01
- Office # 4 (9.18m2) – 25/26 annual rate $2,783.26
- Office # 7 (14.21m2) – 25/26annual rate $4,308.29
The annual rate includes utilities, but does not include shared office expenses (e.g. printing) or car parking spaces which can be included for an additional rate (increased @5% annually).
