A Fairer World is seeking applications for a ‘Trainer,’ a facilitator role for our diversity and inclusion programs, primarily within schools.
The Trainer reports to, and works closely with, Project Manager (Schools) and Executive Leadership (CEO) to ensure the organisation’s vision and strategy are implemented. The appointee will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, primarily with students and youth. This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to tailor training materials and communication styles to meet the needs of various participants.
The Trainer plays a key role in capacity-building, knowledge sharing, and program success within Tasmanian schools. A commitment to social justice and human rights principles is essential. All staff at AFW need to work well in a team, be flexible, self-motivated and willing to take on additional duties as required from time to time in a small office environment.
If you think this could be the opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply by submitting a current copy of your resume and a cover letter (no more than 2 pages) which outlines your skills and experience relevant to the selection criteria to Gabe ceo@afairerworld.org.
