We’re excited to announce that the TasCOSS Conference is returning in 2027, bringing Tasmania’s community services industry together for two days of ideas, inspiration, learning and connection!
Our 2027 theme, A stronger industry; a thriving Tasmania, recognises the important connection between the strength of our community services industry and the wellbeing of Tasmanians. With a focus on turning ideas into action, the conference will feature thought-provoking speakers, fresh perspectives, innovative approaches and practical solutions to help build a stronger, more sustainable and connected industry.
Together, we’ll explore what we can do differently within our own organisations, what we can achieve through collaboration and collective action, and how we can create lasting change for Tasmania.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from each other, strengthen relationships and have a bit of fun along the way!

💡 Help shape the TasCOSS Conference 2027 program!
Expressions of interest are now open for the TasCOSS Conference 2027 Program Advisory Group.
We’re looking for people with diverse experiences, perspectives and expertise to help us develop a conference program that inspires new thinking, encourages collaboration and delivers practical value for our industry.
Whether you work in community services, government, policy, research or bring lived experience or other relevant expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
As a member of the program advisory group, you’ll help us:
- Identify potential keynote and conference speakers.
- Shape program content and structure.
- Review speaker submissions.
- Provide advice on accessibility and inclusion.
- Promote and champion the conference.

- Your name, organisation and role (if applicable).
- A brief overview of your relevant experience or perspective.
- A few sentences about why you’d like to be involved in shaping the conference program.
