Applications are now open for small community grants through Relationships Australia (Tasmania), supporting local projects and initiatives that foster stronger connections, mutual respect and a sense of belonging. Grants of $1,500 to $5,000 are available.
The grants form part of the Connected and Respectful Tasmania initiative, developed through conversations with Tasmanians about what helps communities feel connected, respected and included.
The initiative brings together community insights and experiences to encourage practical action across the state. Alongside the grants program, organisations can explore the initiative’s Knowledge and Resource Hub, sign the Connected and Respectful Tasmania Pledge or discuss opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
Community groups, organisations and individuals interested in the grants are encouraged to explore the program and share the opportunity with their networks.
