Over 42 years of operation YFCC has amassed a broad range of service delivery experience. Each year YFCC provides support, assistance and information through 11 Services to tens of thousands of individuals through programs which are client centred, solution focussed, holistic (addressing social determinants of health, and psychosocial domains) and focussed on improving health and social outcomes within a harm minimisation framework.
