A unique opportunity to join the vibrant TasCOSS team for The Expert Panel Project.

TasCOSS is about to start an exciting new project. We will establish and manage an Expert Panel to support service providers wanting to respond to the new NDIS market. This project will include establishing a Panel of Experts in relevant fields (for example, business development, financial management, assistive technology, and evaluation) and supporting providers to apply for their assistance.

Position status: Full time (38 hours per week)

Position summary

The Expert Panel Coordinator will oversee the project initiation, set-up, implementation and finalisation, and the evaluation phases of the project. This will include: the establishment of administrative processes to support organisations to identify their business needs and opportunities; the creation and management of an expert panel of individuals and organisations to support providers in this development; the management of rigorous and balanced decision-making processes; and the management of a grant fund to support the delivery of this expert advice.

The project is a complex one with tight timelines. It requires high level project management and financial management skills and a high level of rigour to ensure the probity of processes and decision making.
