The Multicultural Council of Tasmania will host a listening forum, to enable members and diverse communities to meet with political party representatives to discuss and highlight issues of concern. The Council is aware of a reported rise in religious intolerance and racial abuse, along with concern over proposals to change discrimination laws in both Tasmania and the federal parliament. Hobart
