Expressions of Interest are now being accepted for women interested in our new Women in Leadership facilitated leadership program in the community sector, ourinaugural Nevertheless She Persisted Program.

The course is offered in both Launceston and Hobart from May through to November and is open to all women in leadership roles.

The tailored program covers essential leadership topics, including leveraging personal strengths, negotiation skills, change management, and work/life balance.

Leading health and community service professional Julie Roach will facilitate both programs for us. With experience ranging from senior management in government to national consultancy work, Julie has a passion for empowering individuals and is excited to work with our leaders from the community sector.
