- FindHelpTAS: Health Literacy Webinar for Organisations that Support Carers
23 September 2021
10:00 am - 11:00 am
Does your organisation provide support for carers or people who are in caring roles? Do you want to know how to promote your programs in a way that is clear, concise and easy-to-read? Join us for a free webinar on health literacy.
TasCOSS and Health Promotion South will be delivering a free one-hour online webinar hosted by Chris Sierzant and Rebecca Essex.
This free webinar is for any organisation that supports carers and has a listing on FindHelpTAS or would like to promote their service on FindHelpTAS. We will show you how to make the most of your listing on FindHelpTAS. We will explore ways in which you can communicate more effectively using ‘live’ examples. At the end of the webinar, there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
FindHelpTAS (findhelptas.org.au) is a free online directory of community services in Tasmania. It provides easy access to information to help Tasmanians find services and activities in their local community.
This webinar is supported by funding from Primary Health Tasmania (Tasmania PHN) through the Australian Government’s Primary Health Networks Program.
Details on how to join the Zoom Video Conferencing webinar will be distributed closer to the date.
Registration closes 5pm, Thursday 16 September 2021. For more information, please contact Chris Sierzant, Health Literacy Coordinator, on 0409 282 014 or email Chris.
