- Conversations that Matter: Better Boards, Ask Better Questions
29 April 2022
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
The Better Questions program will provide you with simple and highly effective communication strategies you can use in conversations every day to tap into people’s potential and resourcefulness, leading to them to feel more motivated, valued, engaged and respected.
Participants will engage over a one day experiential workshop in Launceston and will learn how to ‘consciously question’ and facilitate change with an emphasis on helping an individual to be empowered, enabled and find their own solutions.
By asking better questions and practicing the skills learnt at the workshop, participants will have the ability to be role models and empowered to promote a workplace culture that values:
- The delivery of safe and quality care and practice;
- Engaging consumers in the development, delivery and evaluation of services and being consumer centric;
- Staff feeling valued, engaged and motivated and fulfilling their potential; and
- Transformational leadership practices.
This workshop is aimed at Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) board members.
CHSP Board Members: $55 (incl. GST)
NB: The cost of these workshops has been significantly reduced to support CHSP providers to attend. Please note: CEOs or general managers may register and accompany a board member to the training.
