Make your presence felt. Be the changemaker.
Change Your Impact is an experiential leadership course which provides you with wrap-around support to grow as a leader in the workplace. Now running for the third consecutive year, the course is designed to introduce you to strategic thinking and application through an advocacy and change framework.
As a program participant, you’ll be partnered up with a mentor to help facilitate and support your learning. In addition, the program consists of regular Community of Practice sessions which provide an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve learned and connect with other participants.
The program will be peer facilitated by Bridget Delaney (TasCOSS) with guest facilitators Nic McBride, Simone Zell and Dr Charlie Burton. With duel method delivery, the program is presented mostly online with the opportunity to connect in-person for the first and last workshop.
- Skills, Knowledge and Attitude — Each workshop will focus on a particular area of strategic thinking and navigation with the aim to improve and explore skills, knowledge and resources.
- Networking, Attitude and Support — Each Community of Practice will focus on professional development and reflection. They will be exploratory discussions led through powerful questions.
