Nationally, workforce shortages were ranked as the greatest challenge for Home and Community Care providers in 2023. With a new in-home aged care system on the horizon, now is the time to start planning for how to attract and retain good aged care staff and volunteers to your organisation.
Join us for a free online information session on the new Workforce Review Tool to help you do just that.
The information session will give you an overview of the four domains that the tool can help you prioritise, which include:
- Strategic planning;
- Operational planning;
- Organisational development; and
- The employee lifecycle.
This session will be delivered by the Community Services Industry Workforce Ready Team for Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and aged care providers. The session is targeted at CHSP and aged care organisation board members, senior staff members and/or those with responsibility for recruitment and Human Resources (HR).
