Join us for this practical workshop which will build on your existing knowledge and skills about the qualities, skills and attributes of a great leader, explore team dynamics and how to engage effectively with your team, develop skills to manage workplace conflict including how to have a difficult conversation with a staff member or volunteer or maybe your boss, unpack the use of emotional intelligence to be the leader you want to be; and provide you with resources, practical examples and information that you can take back to your team.
