Purpose & Overview

Community service organisations are invited to apply to the COVID-19 Service Continuity Supplies Fund by filling out the online form below.

The purpose of the COVID-19 Service Continuity Supplies Fund is to support community service organisations to protect the workforce (paid and volunteer) to continue to deliver essential community services in line with COVID-19 Safety Plans.

A total of $200,000 is available to provide financial assistance to community service organisations in Tasmania for the provision of Personal Protective Equipment, Rapid Antigen Tests for use by the workforce and other COVID-19 related supplies.

Organisations are required to review COVID-19 Safety Plan regularly, especially as circumstances change in the community and in the workplace, and when Public Health identifies new requirements. Advice for community service organisations on the use of masks and Rapid Antigen Tests is emerging. Organisations are encouraged to monitor Public Health advice on the use of Rapid Antigen Tests. A summary of advice on the use of masks can be found here.

Organisations are able to apply for up to $4,000 in funding to assist with the purchasing of this equipment where other funds are not available.

The fund is administered by TasCOSS on behalf of the Tasmanian Government.
