Tasmanians can now have their say on modernising the Residential Tenancy Act. The Government wants your feedback and views on the scope and effectiveness of the Act, including matters that could be added, removed or changed in our existing laws.
The Government is seeking to ensure Tasmania’s rental laws remain fair, balanced and fit for purpose and support housing supply.
The discussion paper is a key component of the Tasmanian Government’s Housing Strategy Action Plan and provides an important opportunity for the community to help shape future reforms.
