Youth, Family & Community Connections Inc. is a local Not-For-Profit Community Organisation that provides a range of health and wellbeing services to young people, families and communities throughout the North West Coast of Tasmania.
We are seeking applications for the position of Community Alcohol & Drug Support Service (CADSS) Project Coordinator / Clinician, to work within our Alcohol and Other Drug (ATOD) and Health Promotions Teams.
The position is based in the Circular Head, Waratah Wynyard and King Island municipalities, aiming to improve the health, social and family functioning of individuals who may be experiencing problems associated with substance misuse, enabling them to reach their full capacity and participate positively in their community by providing specialist ATOD services.
