This training is for supervisors, team leaders and managers. Explore your supervision practice, build your knowledge and skills and create a new way of providing supervision.
This workshop will provide attendees with the opportunity to engage with the new supervision SUPERtool©, by applying questioning and reflection to their social work practice. This transformative tool moves beyond supervision models by providing the user with the opportunity to reflect on their practice with a lens of self-awareness, exploring the use of self, the role of power in the relationship and providing crucial questions that assist them to unpack practice and taking that experience with them into their next encounter.
