In this 3-hour workshop you will explore workplace conflict and identify strategies to manage it. You will develop skills to prepare for difficult conversations as well as develop strategies for handling common conversational challenges. You will also unpack the role of self-awareness and the use of empathy in changing the power in conflict situations.
Learning how to manage and resolve conflict is a key skill for anyone who works with people, whether they are your clients, volunteers, colleagues, staff or managers.
This workshop is aimed at community workers, allied health professionals, counsellors, human service workers and social workers who would like to build their knowledge and skills in the art of conflict resolution.
