This educational program combines the latest theory with guided practices in a supportive small group environment. Connect from the comfort of your own home, wherever you live with a phone, tablet or computer. Choose audio or video connection. This course is FREE for Tasmanians. No referral required. 8 weekly sessions of 2 hours each will support you to get the most out of life.
