Primary Health Tasmania (PHT), in partnership with PDF Management, is currently investigating the use of primary health care services by people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. PHT is concerned that there are potentially gaps in primary health care services for people without a home or at risk of homelessness.
Sleeping rough, living in short-term or temporary accommodation, or experiencing other housing instability can make it difficult to use services that might improve the quality and duration of people’s lives.
This survey seeks your views on this important issue. It should only take a few minutes to complete and it will help shape future health services in Tasmania.
Survey closes Monday 25 January 2021.
