26TEN Manager Sue Costello will be running a free workshop which:
- Explains the ways low literacy might impact a person’s health
- Helps you improve communication with your staff and clients
- Gives you tips on recognising low literacy and how you might respond
- Explains how you can support people to improve their skills
This workshop is suitable for people working in health and also relevant to anyone working with the public or in the community.
