Mosaic Support Services are currently on the hunt for three new positions. A new Team Leader – Supported Independent Living, Coordinator – Respite Options and Program Manager – Respite Options.
Team Leader – Supported Independent Living
The Team Leader – Supported Independent Living will work closely with both the Program Manager and General Manager Supported Independent Living assisting to identify areas of improvement within their location, whilst being responsible for general supervision and support of Disability Support Workers within their specific location.
This role will work a roster of both administration duties and direct support, including the requirements to work weekends, and will be required to contribute to the success of their location and lead staff in a positive and productive manner.
Coordinator – Respite Options
The Coordinator – Respite Options will work collaboratively within the Respite Options team, under the leadership of the General Manager, Respite Options.
You will be responsible for coordinating client services and providing the relevant assistance to clients, families and employees of Mosaic Support Services.
Program Manager – Respite Options
The Program Manager – Respite Options will report directly to the General Manager, Respite Options and work closely with other Program Managers within the Respite Options team.
This position requires you to exercise managerial responsibility and uphold and maintain the quality services we provide to our clients.
