Position Vacant: NILS Tasmania Administration Assistant (Reception)

    NILS Tasmania have an Administration Assistant (Reception) [26 hours a week] role starting Monday 6 January 2020. 

    The position is working 6.5 hours a day — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. The role is paid at SCHCADS Award Level 3, with salary packaging available.

    The NILS Network of Tasmania Inc is a community-based non-profit organisation that works to improve the standard of living of Tasmanians.

    This phone based reception role is the first point of contact for NILS clients and Delivery Partners. You will be required to be able to quickly and accurately assess the client’s needs and respond respectfully. Routine tasks include updating the enquiries data base and supplying relevant information to clients.
