Laurel House is entering an exciting period of transformation and growth and is seeking a dynamic person to work with the CEO to establish the organisation as leaders in the field of Sexual Assault Support, Education, Training and Crisis response.
The Team Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of highly experienced counselors and to ensure the service provided by Laurel House not only meets but exceeds our clients’ and service partner needs and expectations. Supporting the CEO, the Team Manager will assist deliver the strategic and operational objectives, build and sustain key stakeholder partnerships, and represent and promote Laurel House in a highly professional manner across a variety of networks.
Tertiary qualifications in a counselling, health science or a social service-related field are essential with post graduate qualifications and experience in management highly desirable.
