ATDC (Alcohol Tobacco and other Drugs Council)
The Tasmanian alcohol, tobacco and other drugs sector is world class, helping people from all walks of life manage a range of personal health challenges.
Whether it be excessive drinking, a smoking habit or an illicit drug dependence there are hundreds of Tasmanians working hard, using their expertise and giving their all to make a difference to the lives of others.
The Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs Council of Tasmania are on the hunt for a new Sector Development Manager to lead the delivery of activities that will build the capacity and capability of our sector.
It involves identifying and delivering training and development events and programs that will help the workers in our sector be their very best.
It’s also facilitating and offering different opportunities for the organisations in our sector to work collaboratively with each other along with other health sectors and organisations. It’s also about taking the lead to ensure the workers and organisations in our sector are represented in discussions on issues that are impacting them now and actively helping them prepare for future ones.
Applications close 9am, Monday 20 July 2020.
