The Australian Community Workers Association invites community and human services workers to take part in a national survey on the workplace conditions and practices that help and hinder their professional development.

The aim of the survey is to learn directly from workers the degree that these practices, both good and bad, are in use. Responses are welcome from anyone currently in a paid community services role as a frontline worker (eg. support or case worker), practitioner (eg. case manager) or supervisor (eg. team leader).

The survey should take less than 10 minutes and participants will not be asked their name or that of their employer. Responses close November 30, 2017.
