The Living Longer Living Stronger program aims to improve health outcomes, fitness and quality of life for older people through strength and balance training.
Join COTA’s program coordinator, Luke Summers, to discuss the program rollout and for a demonstration of some safe and easy exercises you can do at home on Friday, 7 May from 10am to 11.30am.
