The consumer survey is being conducted as part of the Government’s review of the Grocery Unit Pricing Code. Unit pricing is a comparison tool of convenience for consumers, allowing shoppers to make accurate and timely price comparisons between different brands and sizes based on weight, volume or unit. The survey is designed to obtain information from the general public on: when and how you use unit prices, whether it saves you time and/or money, and how unit prices are displayed.
