393 Argyle St, North Hobart TAS 7000
This one-day interactive training builds awareness to the possibility that clients, staff members and/or practitioners may have experiences of trauma, from childhood or more recently. It highlights how the trauma may be affecting their health, wellbeing, daily interactions and functioning. The training provides attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to better support their clients’ sensitivities and vulnerabilities, minimise re-traumatisation and enhance possibilities for recovery.
The Blue Knot Foundation is the leading national not-for-profit organisation that specialises in helping adults with histories of complex trauma and trauma-informed practice. We are delivering professional development training in Hobart that may be of interest to your network of health professionals. Below is a short blurb of the upcoming workshop and I’ve also attached the corresponding flyer for further information.
