The Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations interested in establishing and delivering the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) in City of Clarence LGA, Tasmania
HIPPY is a two year, home-based early learning and parenting program that empowers parents/carers to be their child’s first teacher.
