Lifeline Tasmania provides Domestic and Family Violence Response (DV-Alert) training.

DV-Alert is a nationally-recognised two-day training program that enables health, allied health and community frontline workers to confidently:

    • RECOGNISE signs of domestic and family violence (DFV),
    • RESPOND with appropriate care; and
    • REFER people experiencing or at risk of domestic and family violence to appropriate support services.

The next specialised steam of DV-Alert training (Working with Women with Disabilities) will be held from 19-20 February 2020. The two-day training is fully catered for, delivered by qualified and experienced trainers and is free for all health, allied health and community frontline workers, volunteers and students.
