Come along and learn breath work and Zentangle with Julia Curtis and Jill Greenbaum in a two hour workshop.  Sponsored by City of Hobart.

  • Breath Work – Participants will learn several Breath~Body~Mind practices to help them decrease any anxious feelings, improve attention, and the ability to regulate emotions.
  • Zentangle –  an easy to learn method for gaining a sense of relaxed alertness through drawing structured patterns. The real-life philosophy of this art form and the steps for making beautiful complex tiles are the foci of this part of the session. “Tangling” develops confidence, creativity and enhanced calm. And most of all its fun.
