Role Purpose

The role is responsible for data reporting across Tasmanian FACS programs, analysing trends and identifying data management improvement opportunities.  The role provides data and reporting support to business partners and support to new tool and process development as required.

Duties

  • Provide data collection within Baptcare programs and across the Family Service Alliance
  • Maintain local data collecting and reporting, including monitoring and auditing
  • Support business partners and data management developments
  • Support the Continual Improvement culture by identifying improvements and efficiencies in data collection and reporting systems
  • Operate within a continuous improvement framework
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality outputs in a timely manner
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
