The Anti-Poverty Week Committee has organised a Youth Forum at Parliament House.
All are welcomed to attend this event which focus on addressing education and employment barriers which are being experienced by young people in Colony 47’s Transition to Work (TTW) program. The Parliament House Youth Forum event will feature representatives of young people presenting their stories and perspectives on the impact of these education and employment barriers. These presentations will then be followed by responses from a member from the Liberal Party, Labor Party and the Greens parties representing their respective party views. This will be a unique opportunity to hear from young people and also to understand the policy perspectives of the parties on supporting young people with addressing these barriers.
If you would like to attend or pass the invitation along to someone who may be interested in attending, please email Gabby Mason on email@example.com by Thursday 12th October 2018.
Access to Parliament House is controlled so RSVP with your full name and organisation is essential to facilitate entry.
